30-Day Return Window
You may return any furniture item within 30 days of receiving your order. We also offer the option to exchange or replace your item if that is more convenient for you.
Return & Refund Conditions
100% Refund
If the furniture arrived, you opened the box and realized it doesn’t fit your space — you can return it as long as it is unused and unassembled. This option also includes the possibility of receiving a replacement instead of a refund.
80% Refund
If you attempted assembly or partially assembled the item but realized it doesn’t work for your space, we accept the return with a small restocking fee. Replacement options may also be available depending on the condition of the item.
50% Refund
If the item is returned with visible damage, scratches, dents, or structural issues caused during usage or assembly, a higher restocking fee applies due to repair or part replacement. In some cases, replacement may still be an option.
